Food and Design Catering is recruiting a Chef de Partie for one of its Cafeterias in Beirut.

-To manage a section of the kitchen
-Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and in a timely manner.

Requirements:
-Strong culinary skills
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
-Maintain kitchen organization
-Follow food safety and hygiene standards
-Minimum 4 years of experience as a chef de Partie
-Experience on both Hot and cold sections
-Hold a driving license and can drive a van
