Technical Support Agent - Call Center

We are looking for passionate and tech-savvy individuals to join our team as Technical Support Agents.
Location : Hybrid in Bsalim or Zgharta

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
-Diagnose and resolve network issues.
-Collaborate with team members to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
-Document and report technical incidents and resolutions.

What We’re Looking For:

-Background in Computer Science, IT, or MIS.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
-Experience in technical support is a plus but not required.
-A proactive and customer-focused mindset.
