We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property and Community Manager to oversee and review the day-to-day operations of a premier business hub. The Property and Community Manager will ensure a vibrant, dynamic, and productive environment for all tenants by managing the facilities, fostering community engagement, and maintaining seamless operations to support the needs of startups, SMEs, and corporate satellite offices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Facility Management:

  • Ensure the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of the business hub.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to promptly address facility-related issues.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to uphold high standards.

2. Tenant Relations:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their concerns, feedback, and requests.
  • Facilitate a positive tenant experience through effective communication and personalized support.
  • Resolve tenant disputes and ensure tenant satisfaction.

3. Operational Efficiency:

  • Implement and oversee operational procedures to ensure efficient functioning of the facilities.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, resources, and administrative tasks.
  • Streamline operations to optimize resource utilization and reduce operational costs.

4. Maintain Property at High Occupancy:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high occupancy levels, including tenant retention and attracting new tenants.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential tenants and opportunities for growth.

5. Community Building:

  • Organize and manage events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster a sense of community and collaboration among tenants.
  • Develop programs and initiatives that promote tenant engagement and interaction.

6. Supervision of Sales Team:

  • In-depth understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and customer relationship management.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team, ensuring they achieve their targets and deliver excellent service.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive feedback to the team.

7. Set KPI’s for Team:

  • Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to measure their success.
  • Align KPIs with business objectives and ensure continuous improvement in performance.

8. Marketing and Outreach:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the business hub, attract potential tenants, and improve SEO and online visibility.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and strategies to enhance the hub’s reputation and appeal.

9. Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on facility status, tenant satisfaction, and community engagement to the management team.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and analyses for management review.


Skills

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in property leasing, real estate, or a related field.

3. Proven experience in facilities management, community management, or a similar role.

4. Demonstrated experience as a team leader with strong leadership and team management skills.

5. Extensive operational experience in overseeing facility management, tenant relations, and community engagement.

6. Proficiency in using office management software and tools.
