Here are some key responsibilities for a real estate agent:
• Client Representation: Agents represent buyers, sellers, or both in real estate
transactions, ensuring their clients' interests are protected and their needs are
met.
• Property Listings: Agents list properties for sale or rent, prepare and distribute
marketing materials, and showcase properties to potential buyers
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand current
trends, prices, and conditions, providing valuable insights to clients.
• Property Showings: Accompany clients to property showings, highlighting the
features and benefits of each property.
• Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers, working to
reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Contract Preparation: Assist in preparing offers, contracts, and other
documents related to real estate transactions.
• Transaction Coordination: Oversee the transaction process, ensuring all parties
meet their obligations and deadlines

• Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication is essential for success in real estate.
• Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to negotiate and build rapport with clients, other agents, and industry professionals is critical.
• Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of local market trends, conditions, and
regulations is vital for providing expert guidance to clients.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Agents must be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple transactions, and meet deadlines.
• Integrity and Professionalism: A strong work ethic, honesty, and professionalism are essential for building trust with clients and maintaining a positive reputation.

Working Hours: Full Time job, with flexible working hours.
• Location: Delta Center, 4th Floor, Horsh Tabet - Sin El Fil, Beirut, Lebanon
• Salary: The agent receives 50% of the total commission earned on each transaction after
closing + Transportation fees
