About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to join our growing team in Jdeideh. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Finance:
Manage Purchase Orders (POs) and quotations.
Assist with employee attendance tracking and payroll processing.
Customer Service:
Receive and address customer calls through our call center.
Manage dealer relationships, including adding, recharging, and refunding accounts (with Accounting Department approval).
Track and follow up on customer complaints.
Compliance & Administration:
Handle all NSSF (National Social Security Fund) and Ministry of Finance declarations and other relevant legal filings.
Manage DSL applications, cancellations, and clearances.
Work with the Radius billing system.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
Experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
