Duties and Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties, providing guidance throughout the process.
Conduct property showings, including preparing and presenting properties to prospective buyers or tenants.
Research and analyze market trends, property values, and neighborhood data to provide clients with informed recommendations.
Advise clients on market conditions, property pricing, and other aspects of the real estate market.
Negotiate and prepare contracts for property transactions, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined.
Manage listings and maintain an up-to-date database of available properties.
Coordinate with mortgage brokers, home inspectors, and other professionals involved in the real estate transaction.
Assist clients with the legal aspects of the transaction, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Maintain and grow a network of contacts, including clients, other agents, and industry professionals.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience as a real estate agent or in a related sales role.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree business, or related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, including pricing, trends, and property values.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and clients simultaneously, with attention to detail.
• Strong sales skills and ability to close deals effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts, property law, and financial processes.
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
