Make outbound calls to individuals and organizations to solicit donations.
-Communicate the purpose and goals of the fundraising project effectively.
-Build strong relationships with potential and existing donors.
-Address donor inquiries, concerns, and objections with professionalism.
-Accurately record donor information and contributions in the database.

Requirements:

-Prior experience in telesales, fundraising, or customer service is preferred.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
-Empathy and the ability to connect with donors on a personal level.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under deadlines.
