• Ensure Customer’s needs are satisfied at all time.
• Effectively implement the Company’s Processes and Standards relevant to this position.
• Organize, plan, direct and control all sales activities for the team to ensure optimum performance and target achievement, whilst creating a positive atmosphere that promotes “excellence” and personal growth of the team members.
• Check, Monitor and control sales objectives and review operating reports toward these sales objectives to align the priorities.
• Analyze each month potential segments and customers, market dynamics, pricing changes, sales ideas to promote the products and achieves the projected forecasts.
• Establish close and efficient communication with customers through one-on-one meetings outside the showroom to provide customers’ ultimate experience.
• Maintain a follow-up system that drives sales team toward their objectives and in order not to miss any sales opportunity or lead generation.
• Attend training programs as requested by management.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features including: products, USPs, benefits, prices, promotions, etc.
• Maintain a sound knowledge of competitive products.
• Utilize all product information made available by the company.
• Make suggestions for improvement of sales and marketing image, Customer care, safety and any relevant concerns.
• Establish and maintain good practices designed to train, develop and motivate employees.
• Monitor performance and productivity to ensure sales objectives are achieved.


Skills & Requirement
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience with exemplary business development and management skills.
• Adequate administration skills.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Arabic), both with internal and external customer required, written and verbal.
• An owned car and driving license
