• Receive client requirements from sales team and analyze them.
• Assess customer requirements and needs and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.
• Study the project and prepares all needed technical and commercial documents.
• Attend meetings with the sales team to offer support and to provide the customers with a clearer vision on the solution through presentations.
• Understand business and technical problems addressed by the products for better design.
• Explain customer requirements and design to the technical team to ensure a better implementation.
• Upon award of project, send the final BOQ and cost prices to the Sales team.
• Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame to keep abreast of the latest technology
