Position: Sales Key account manager
Area : Beirut & South
Job Purpose: The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians to effectively establish the company's brands in the market. This role involves providing scientific information and strategic advice to increase product use and demand, as well as monitoring the development of assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Visits, Sales & Reporting:
- Build an interactive and solid relationship with the physicians.
- Promote product advantages and provide medical guidance while adhering to company policies.
- Present offers and finalize sales agreements.
- Organize promotional events such as open days and brand presentations in clinics.
- Contribute to organizing roundtable discussions for physicians.
- Gather and report market feedback and monitor competitors’ activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of activities and results.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve shared goals and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, fostering a positive and cooperative team environment.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Ideally 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Strong selling, communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
