What You Will Be Doing

Sprint Planning, Communication, and Execution: Facilitating sprint planning, ensuring that the team creates actionable tasks and estimates. Supporting the team to meet sprint goals, ensuring that sprints are completed on time with high-quality deliverables. Ensuring continuous communication with stakeholders and the team throughout the sprint and project life cycle.

Documentation: Guiding and reviewing Requirements Documents, Functional Specs with wire frame diagrams and process charts and Technical Design Documents. Also required to prepare and review proposals for projects and change requests.

Risks and Dependency Management: Identifying and managing the risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies of the project and communicating through project status reports and project boards.

Review processes: Actively reviewing project team’s project artifacts and documents.

Communications and Presentations: Conducting project presentations, daily huddles, project board, steering committee meetings.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager delivering of CRM and/or Loan Origination projects for credit unions or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience managing retail and commercial banking projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Demonstrated ability to manage integrations with systems such as core banking, CRM, and third-party services.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to handle complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage with clients,vendors, and internal teams.
• Experience with tools like MS Project, Devops.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
