Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment process for all levels of staff, including project-specific roles.
  • Payroll
  • Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance with labor regulations.
  • Support performance evaluation and management processes.
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, especially on-site for construction-related roles.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in HR, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sectors.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and health & safety regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
