-You are not willing/able to generated your own leads.

-You get overwhelmed or offended easily.

-You can't get on at least 100 cold calls or 3 hours straight of back to back cold calling or following up with your leads until either a deal is closed or a lesson is learned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Role: Salespeople responsible for generating leads, working those leads, and closing deals.
  • Experience: Expert or senior level, with a minimum of 1 year of proven sales success.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills are a must. Experience in high-ticket industries such as real estate or insurance or any other high-ticket industry is a plus.
  • Performance Expectations: Close a minimum of 1 deal per week with a deal size of $10,000.


What We Offer:

  • Compensation: Commission-based starting at 40% per closed deal (on 10'000$ sales training), with the opportunity to earn 50% per deal for those consistently closing 3 deals per week for 2 consecutive months for as long as they keep this close rate.
  • Flexibility: This is a fully remote position. You will have complete independence to manage your schedule and use the tools you are comfortable with. Success is measured solely by your ability to meet performance goal of at least 1 deal closed per week.
  • Support: Free access to our comprehensive and actionable live trainings to help you improve your skills and close more deals, helping you earn more commissions.
  • Room for growth: You can get promoted to unit manager if you demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and be able to hire, train, manage and grow your own division of salespeople in our company earning extra for each sale your team gets.


Absolute Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales with demonstrated results.
  • The ability to meet or exceed weekly performance expectations. (1 deal closed per week as a bare minimum).
  • Submission of a resume and successful completion of a mandatory skill test. The test will consist of a role-play scenario conducted over video call on Google Meet.
