About the Role:AdOnTrack is looking for a Drivers Relations Specialist to onboard, train, and manage our growing network of drivers. If you enjoy working with people and managing processes, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities:

Onboard and register new drivers, including app installation and training.

Allocate and track driver assignments and processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact for driver concerns and questions.

Recruit new drivers and ensure high engagement within the network.

Requirements:

Experience in a customer-facing or operational role.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Proficiency in basic tech tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
