The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling communication channels, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Management
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage check-ins, appointments, and visitor logs.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

Communication Handling
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
Respond to emails, inquiries, and messages promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about the organization’s services/products.

Administrative Support
Maintain and update records, files, and schedules.
Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Coordinate mail, deliveries, and courier services.

Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with patience and efficiency.
Provide support to visitors and staff to address their needs.

Other Duties
Schedule and confirm appointments or meetings.
Assist in ordering office supplies and managing inventory.
Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
