Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support:
• Assist in planning and coordinating the setup of the new centers.
• Support the team in daily operations to ensure efficient workflows.
2.Location Coordination:
• Collaborate on market research to assess potential new locations.
• Help gather data and prepare reports for decision-making.
3.Team Assistance:
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members.
• Assist in coordinating training sessions and managing schedules.
4. Compliance and Documentation:
• Help ensure compliance with local regulations by managing required permits and documents.
• Maintain accurate records for operations and regulatory needs.
5. Vendor and Partnership Coordination:
• Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate logistics for supplies and equipment needed for centers.
6. Marketing and Customer Engagement:
• Support the marketing team with promotional activities and events.
• Assist in gathering customer feedback to improve services.
7. Financial Administration:
• Monitor daily expenses and assist in budget tracking.
• Prepare basic financial reports for management review.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
•Interest in the health, wellness, or beauty industry.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management.
• Ability to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Occasional travel to GCC countries required
