Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to align project goals with business objectives.
• Work closely with clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with software development teams to define project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee risk management, issue resolution, and escalation processes to ensure smooth project progress.
• Prepare and present project status reports, including key metrics and risks, to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and compliance standards in banking and financial software projects.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and business units.
Qualifications & Experience:
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the software development or banking technology sector.
• Previous experience in software development is required (hands-on development experience is a plus).
• Experience with Temenos T24 or other core banking systems is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of banking processes, financial systems, and IT service delivery.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing risks and issues.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience working with financial institutions and understanding of banking regulations.
• Familiarity with API integrations, cloud technologies, and fintech solutions.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment
