Position Summary:

The Ads Specialist at YMY Tutoring will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is essential in driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and generating leads for YMY Tutoring’s educational services. Success in this position involves consistently meeting performance targets, such as increasing click-through rates, reducing cost-per-acquisition, and optimizing ad spend.

The Ads Specialist will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with other marketing team members to ensure ads align with YMY Tutoring’s strategic goals. This position is critical for expanding our digital presence and driving engagement across key social media and search engine platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Optimize ads for maximum ROI, including A/B testing, budget allocation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze ad performance data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to recommend new strategies and opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with platform changes, best practices, and new ad features on Meta and Google.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, key metrics, and future optimization plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, targeting, and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and other ad performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design and optimize ad content.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
  • Google Ads certification or other relevant advertising certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the education industry or e-commerce is a bonus.
