We are looking for a driven and energetic
Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team and play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships, and contributing to CEQUENS' growth. This is a individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outbound activities
- Utilize CRM tools, email campaigns, and social media platforms to generate leads
- Client Outreach:
- Initiate conversations with prospective clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to introduce CEQUENS' CPaaS / SaaS solutions
- Understand client needs, challenges, and pain points to position CEQUENS as the ideal partner
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads
- Maintain a seamless handoff of prospects to account executives
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the CPaaS /SaaS space
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and sales teams to enhance outreach strategies
- Pipeline Management:
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in A sales 360 business development role preferably in the CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom industries
- Understanding of technology sales process
- Proven new business hunting experience
- Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Must to able to speak and write both English and Arabic to a business level
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation platforms
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
