Receptionist Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception:

Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.

Guest Services:

Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences.
Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining, and events in Ashrafieh and beyond.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, concierge, F&B) to fulfill guest requests.
Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate guest records and update the hotel management system.
Process payments and issue invoices with attention to detail.
Handle complaints or escalate them to the appropriate manager when necessary.
Team Collaboration:

Support colleagues in ensuring a smooth front desk operation.
Participate in daily briefings and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hotel is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and French (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in hotel management systems ( Opera).
A warm, professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
