  • Oversee financial objectives, enhance team productivity, and ensure optimal performance through continuous evaluation and improvement.
  • Conduct quarterly evaluations and provide comprehensive, data-driven reports to Top Management.
  • Recruit, train, and empower medical representatives and supervisors, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Collaborate closely with agents/distributors to execute campaigns effectively and ensure consistent product availability.
  • Develop and implement business roadmaps, including forecasting product performance, managing budgets, and planning impactful marketing initiatives.

Skills

  • A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in sales management and leadership, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Display exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highlight robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Willingness to travel nationwide as required.
