Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Omniful’s growth goals, focusing on lead generation, brand building, and customer engagement.
  • Manage paid social campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to drive targeted traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
  • Oversee organic social content to build community, engage followers, and increase brand awareness, partnering with the Content and Product Marketing teams for cohesive messaging.


  • Campaign Management and Optimization:
  • Plan and launch social media campaigns with clear goals and KPIs, optimizing campaign settings, targeting, and creative to drive conversions and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments on creative, copy, and targeting to identify high-performing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and engagement, and adjust tactics to enhance results based on data insights.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Content, Product Marketing, and Design teams to develop compelling social content that aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to ensure that social media leads are effectively captured, tracked, and followed up, creating a seamless funnel from awareness to conversion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to promote customer stories, testimonials, and case studies, amplifying customer success as part of the brand narrative on social channels.


  • Community Building and Engagement:
  • Engage with Omniful’s social media audience, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster a strong community presence.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content and engagement strategies, ensuring Omniful remains relevant and responsive on social platforms.
  • Build and manage relationships with influencers, partners, and relevant industry networks to amplify Omniful’s reach and credibility.



Skills

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years in social media management, paid social advertising, or growth marketing roles, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth tech company.
  • Social Platform Proficiency: Deep knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and experience in managing both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with experience in social media metrics tracking, data interpretation, and reporting.
  • Creative Vision: Skilled in crafting engaging content, copywriting, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand messaging and captivates the target audience.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, with a strong focus on organization, attention to detail, and timely execution.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and engage with external audiences.
