Admin Assistant/Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Admin Assistant / Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and will provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries efficiently.
-Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
-Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.
-Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
-Assist with document preparation, data entry, and filing.
-Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
-Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations when required.
-Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
-Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.

Skills:
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
-Professional appearance and customer service-oriented mindset.
-Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information
