Sales Supervisor-Retail

Main Purpose of Job
Manage an area and control Cash Van Team. Follow up with customers on service and sales levels and performances. Chanel focus on Distribution optimization and development of routes.

Key Outputs:
-Operational Role:
* Develop distribution in the assigned area focusing on concentration and optimization of Route Plan.
* Achieve developed forecast with focus on ND Growth and SKU assortment.
* Create and grow strong customer relationship.
* Screen, search and establish contact with new & potential customers.
* Ensure correct execution of Channel Strategy level (new customers, active coverage, distribution, visibility, pricing, and brand positioning).
* Monthly target execution and achievements.
* Ensure 100% collection for all cash & credit customers.
* Supervise, motivate, evaluate, and develop the sales team.

Reporting Role:
* Report daily activity to Field Sales Manager.
* Assess and share channel risk & opportunities.

Inter people Role:
* Evaluate team performance and ensure continuous development.
* Strong inter departmental cooperation.
* Build Relationships with current and new customers.

Key Experiences:

* BS degree or equivalent (MBA is a plus).
* 5 years experience in sales with 2 years experience in Sales Supervision.
* Good understanding of the FMCG Industry and the way the water business operates.
