Looking for a Receptionist/Front desk support for a company in Beirut to perform the below:
Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, or guests. Ensure they feel welcome and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
Answering Phone Calls: Answer incoming calls, direct them to the relevant person or department, take messages when necessary, and ensure that calls are handled promptly and professionally.
Scheduling and Appointments: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with organizing meetings or events. This may include booking rooms, coordinating times, and confirming details.
Managing Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and emails. Ensure that important documents are distributed to the correct parties.
Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, databases, or filing systems. This may include updating contact information, logging inquiries, or managing other types of documentation.
Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks like photocopying, faxing, filing, or preparing documents and presentations.
Providing Information: Answer questions or provide information about the organization’s services, hours, policies, or general procedures.
Maintaining Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies such as stationery, kitchen items, and other necessary materials.
Ensuring Office Cleanliness: Keep the front desk area tidy and organized, ensuring a professional appearance for visitors and clients.
Handling Complaints or Issues: Address and resolve customer or client concerns, escalating more complex issues to management as necessary.
Previous experience is a must
Knows excel and word
English and French is a plus
