The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the travel agency. This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager ensures a positive work environment, fosters a strong company culture, and supports the agency’s business goals by implementing effective HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the travel industry.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees.
Oversee performance management and employee development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Support leadership with workforce planning and HR strategy.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives
