Assistant Head Chef

We are looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Head Chef to support our Head Chef in the management and operation of the kitchen. This role is perfect for an individual who is passionate about food, leadership, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring food quality standards
• Supervise kitchen staff and assist with training and development
• Help in the preparation and execution of menus
• Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Handle kitchen tasks in the absence of the Head Chef
• Collaborate with the Head Chef to create new dishes and refine existing ones

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a culinary leadership role (Assistant Head Chef or similar)
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and health/safety guidelines
• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
