We are looking for a talented and passionate Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and other specialty items, while adhering to our standards for taste and presentation.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies
• Ensure all baked items meet quality and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
• Follow recipes and adjust based on available ingredients and customer needs
• Ensure proper inventory management and ordering of baking ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new baked goods and seasonal items

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and recipes
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and consistency in baking
• Culinary or baking certification preferred
