We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Commis Kitchen to join our culinary team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone eager to learn and grow within a professional kitchen environment. In addition to assisting with food preparation and cooking, the Commis Kitchen will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking and food presentation
• Follow recipes and ensure all dishes are prepared according to quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including your station, dishes, and kitchen utensils
• Ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Assist with inventory control and organization of supplies
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:
• Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well in a team
• Culinary degree or relevant training preferred
