We are looking for a Sales Manager in FMCG

Duties:
1- Manage a Sales team to achieve expected targets
2- Tailor Sales Strategies to meet market needs
3- Implement Sales strategies to optimize profit and turnover
4- Monthly Sales Planning and Forecasting per channel
5- Analyze Sales and Market trends to re-address the sales strategies according to market needs
6- Identify Potential Customers and negotiate contracts
7- Maintain good relations with key clients

Candidate Profile:
• BA/Masters in Business, Sales or Marketing
• 5 to 7 years of experience in FMCG (including General and Modern Trade) for Food and Non-Food
• Strong Leadership skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
• Customer Oriented
• Lives in the surrounding area of Roumieh
