GWR Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to join our team in Jdeideh, Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global recruitment and will be responsible for sourcing and hiring mystery shoppers across different markets, including both high-profile and low-profile candidates. You will play a key role in expanding our network of shoppers for diverse industries like retail, hospitality, and automotive.


Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract shoppers of all profiles.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for mystery shopping roles globally and locally.
Build a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s growing needs.
Manage job postings across multiple platforms and handle candidate databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand project-specific recruitment requirements.
Ensure smooth onboarding and training processes for new hires.

Requirements:

Proven experience in international recruitment.
Strong understanding of different recruitment platforms and tools.
Ability to recruit both high-profile and low-profile candidates effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
Familiarity with the GCC market is a plus.
Based in Jdeideh, Lebanon (this is an on-site role)
