Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including financial reporting,
accounts payable/receivable.
 Maintain accrual and prepaid accounts with monthly reconciliation.
 Preparing tax declarations (G10, VAT, G20, etc..) and ensure meeting tax deadlines.
 Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing processes.
 Manage and monitor the company’s aging reports.
 Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
 Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
 Maintain inventory and follow up shipment costing.
 Assist in preparing company`s financial statements.
 Analyze the trial balance and ensure accuracy in financial records, identifying
discrepancies and making necessary adjustments.
 Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring continuous professional
development.
 Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank statements, and ensure proper recording of financial
transactions

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification
is a plus).
 Minimum of 15 years of experience in accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership
role.
 Strong knowledge of Lebanese accounting standards, Lebanese chart of accounts, and tax
regulations.
 Proficiency in accounting software (Visual Dolphin).
 Experience in Inventory systems.
 Proven Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite, specially in Excel.
 Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
 Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
 Can work under pressure.
 Fluency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
