We are seeking a highly motivated Outdoor Sales Representative to join a leading printing company.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, maintaining strong relationships, and promoting a range of high-quality printing solutions

- Identify and engage new clients within the printing and packaging industries.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell our comprehensive range of printing solutions, including digital, offset, packaging, and large-format printing.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, present product offerings, and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and business development meetings.

The Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in printing, advertising, or manufacturing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the printing industry and its various products and services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
