A leading name in the spa industry, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service representative to join our dynamic team.

As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. You will be responsible for:

• Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.
• Welcome and assist clients at the Shop, Skin Time, and the Studio.
• Address and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Process customer requests efficiently within the system.
• Manage cash handling and financial transactions accurately.
• Confirm client appointments with attention to detail.
• Follow up on pick-up orders to ensure timely delivery; in person and over the phone.
• Receive and document in-person customer complaints for resolution.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment that reflects the high standards of the company.
Ideal Candidate:
• Excellent Arabic, French, and English knowledge.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous customer service experience (spa, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus).
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Location: Beirut, Achrafieh.
Work Schedule: AM & PM Shift (Till 9 pm).
