• Supervise and manage a team of Cash Van Sales Representatives, ensuring they meet daily and monthly sales targets.
• Plan and allocate routes and territories to maximize sales coverage and product distribution.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing guidance, training, and motivation to improve individual and team results.
• Ensure that sales representatives follow company policies on pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Oversee stock management in cash vans, ensuring adequate product availability for daily operations.
• Conduct regular field visits to ensure proper execution of sales strategies, customer service standards, and product merchandising.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, addressing issues and seeking opportunities to increase sales.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and proper reconciliation of sales and cash reports.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery operations and stock replenishment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven 3+ years of experience in FMCG sales
• Proven experience with a track record in managing sales teams, achieving targets, and building strong customer relationships.
• Experience in cash van sales is an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers.
