Real Estate Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing sales strategies for the property market to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales.
Recruiting, training, and mentoring real estate agents, providing them with the necessary support and guidance.
Setting sales goals and determining sales price and negotiations tactics.
Keeping up to date with real estate market trends, local area pricing, customer demands, and real estate legislation.
Monitoring the sales process to ensure contracts are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Handling buyer and seller complaints and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Creating sales reports and presenting them to senior management.
Building and maintaining relationships with property developers, contractors, lawyers, and other real estate professionals.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role.
Ability to manage a team and provide guidance and feedback to staff.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and property management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
BSc degree in Business Administration or related field
