Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and strategic Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this hybrid role, based in Lebanon, you will be responsible for managing our (and clients’) digital presence by developing visually compelling content, executing digital marketing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility across multiple platforms.
Your expertise in graphic design, video production, and digital marketing will be key to driving engagement and ensuring a strong online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality graphics and visual content for social media, websites, and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across various platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
- Produce visually appealing videos and motion graphics for marketing, product showcases, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media interactions, foster community engagement, and respond to audience queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align digital strategies with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Analyze social media and digital marketing metrics to optimize content performance and provide actionable insights.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, graphic design, and content creation.
- Provide updates on digital marketing performance, campaign success, and branding initiatives.
- Engage with clients to understand their brand needs, develop creative concepts, and execute tailored digital marketing campaigns.
- Interact with audiences, manage brand communication, and oversee engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of social media management, branding, and content strategy.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
- Proficiency in Arabic & English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and digital analytics tools is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience: (3-5 years)
- Experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Experience in video production, editing, and motion graphics.
- Experience in project management and digital strategy implementation.
Skills
Technical Skills:
- Graphic Design & Branding – Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Video Production & Editing – Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects for video creation.
- Social Media Management – Expertise in managing platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta.
- SEO & Content Optimization – Understanding of search engine optimization, keyword research, and content performance analysis.
- Project Management – Experience in handling multiple design and marketing projects simultaneously.
- Motion Graphics & Animation (Bonus) – Familiarity with tools like After Effects or Blender for animations.
