We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy, drive brand awareness, and increase member engagement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, community building, and mission-driven work.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Create and manage campaigns across multiple digital channels (social media, email, SEO, paid ads, and content marketing).
Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
Content & Social Media Management
Oversee content creation for social media, blog posts, email newsletters, and website updates.
Grow and engage our online community by sharing valuable and mission-aligned content.
Manage social media accounts (X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) and track engagement metrics.
SEO & Website Growth
Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and organic reach.
Implement SEO best practices for blog posts, landing pages, and paid campaigns.
Work with developers to enhance user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
Paid Advertising & Growth Campaigns
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
Track ad spend, ROI, and key marketing metrics to maximize campaign performance.
Community & Member Engagement
Develop campaigns to increase engagement and retention among existing members.
Work with the coaching team to promote success stories and testimonials.
Implement referral and partnership programs to grow the community.
Partnerships & Outreach
Identify and collaborate with influencers, content creators, and partners who align with Reclaim Control’s mission.
Pitch guest blog opportunities, podcast appearances, and other brand awareness initiatives.

Qualifications
Marketing Experience & Expertise
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing.
Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, social media management, and paid advertising.
Experience managing marketing funnels, conversion rates, and performance analytics.
Creative & Strategic Skills
Ability to develop compelling storytelling and messaging tailored to our audience.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize marketing campaigns.
A creative problem solver who can think outside the box to drive engagement.
Tech & Tools
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, and email marketing platforms (Hubspot, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, or similar).
Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools for content creation is a plus.
Passion for Our Mission
A deep interest in habit change, self-improvement, and addiction recovery.
Understanding of sensitive topics like addiction and personal struggles, with a compassionate approach to marketing.
