We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Support professional to join our team. As a fresh graduate with strong communication skills in English, Arabic, and French, you will assist in managing leads, answering phone queries, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to phone inquiries and emails from potential clients, providing them with information about our products/services.
-Manage and update leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
-Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.
-Assist the sales team by managing the lead pipeline and scheduling follow-ups.
-Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all client interactions.
-Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

Requirements:
-Fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in the customer service field.
-Fluent in English, Arabic, and French.
-Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
-Motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the success of the team.
-Ability to manage and organize leads using a CRM system (training can be provided).
-Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality
