Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior HR Operations Executive to join our HR consultancy team. In this role, you will support the senior HR consultant in managing the day-to-day HR operations for a portfolio of client companies. You will be responsible for assisting with HR processes such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, providing operational support to ensure smooth HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Assist the Senior HR Consultant in providing operational HR support to multiple client organizations, ensuring their HR needs are met in an efficient and timely manner.
- Recruitment Assistance: Help with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
- Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, contracts, and other HR documentation for client companies.
- Employee Relations Support: Provide day-to-day support in addressing employee queries, supporting conflict resolution, and assisting with general employee relations issues.
- Performance Management: Assist in managing performance review processes, tracking feedback, and ensuring that performance management systems are effectively implemented.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Support in managing HR administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining HR data, and organizing HR-related events or training sessions.
- Compliance & Policy Support: Help ensure that HR processes are compliant with labor laws and internal policies. Assist in updating and distributing HR policies and procedures.
- Reporting Assistance: Assist in generating HR-related reports and tracking key metrics for client companies, providing data to senior HR consultants for review and decision-making.
- Training & Development Support: Help organize training sessions and coordinate employee development initiatives for client organizations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent is a plus).
- Experience: 5 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a consultancy or operational HR role.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with clients and employees professionally.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software and systems is a plus.
