Coral Oil Company is looking to hire Dispatch Officer in order to assist in the following tasks:
Responsibilities:
• Generate manual loading orders for Coral trucks as per the assigned category ensuring compliance with Company’s policies and procedures
• Assist with invoices generation when requested by the Dispatch Manager
• Assist in the reconciliation of invoices with Loading orders and VAT on the system
• Assist in the Follow up with drivers regarding any issues
• Assist the dispatch team during the performance of their daily tasks.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 2- 3 years of experience in a related position
• Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus
• Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, and other MS Office suite applications
