Office Coordinator/Receptionist

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team! If you have a keen eye for office management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for keeping things running smoothly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and handle phone calls
✅ Oversee office supplies, stationery, and general office upkeep
✅ Provide administrative support, including filing, scheduling, and documentation
✅ Assist with basic HR and Management daily tasks
✅ Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and office events
✅ Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs

Requirements:
✔️ 1-3 years of experience in office coordination, administration, or a similar role
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔️ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
