Sales Representative

  • Promote and sell paints to a variety of customers, including contractors, businesses, and retailers.
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities within your designated region.
  • Conduct regular site visits to build relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrations to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and uses of our products.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with clients to close sales.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and other networking opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market conditions, customer feedback, and competitive activity.

Skills

  • Experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or paints industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of paints and coatings is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent time management, soft skills and organizational skills.
