Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute sales strategies to manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG industry.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including retailers, distributors, and other partners.
•Identify new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet company goals.
•Analyze market trends, sales data, and customer feedback to drive performance.
•Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular reports.
Requirements:
•Proven experience as a Key Account Sales Manager in the FMCG sector.
•Strong network and experience managing major accounts.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
