Job Summary:

The CEO Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO, managing schedules, coordinating business activities, and handling confidential information. A strong background in medical and financial domains is essential to effectively assist in decision-making and corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare reports, presentations, and financial analyses to support executive decision-making.

Conduct research on medical and financial trends relevant to the organization.

Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Oversee special projects and ensure timely completion of strategic initiatives.

Handle confidential documents and ensure information security.

Assist in financial planning, budget analysis, and cost control initiatives.

Coordinate travel arrangements, event planning, and logistics.

Support the CEO in policy development and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the medical or financial industry.

Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and financial management.

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and financial reporting tools.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

High level of professionalism and problem-solving ski
