About the Company

Tawfeer International S.A.L and Pro-Logistics are looking for a Recruitment Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the entire hiring process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding new hires. This role ensures the organization recruits skilled employees to meet both immediate and long-term workforce needs while strengthening the company's employer brand to attract top talent.


About the Role

The Recruitment Manager plays a critical role in developing and executing effective hiring strategies. This position involves collaborating with department managers, managing the recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic recruitment initiatives to attract diverse and qualified candidates.
Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, job boards, and other platforms.
Conduct interviews and screen candidates, working closely with department managers to align hiring decisions with business needs.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Oversee the recruitment process from initial assessments to final offers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for candidates.
Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems for accurate record-keeping.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including equal opportunity initiatives.
Prepare detailed recruitment reports and metrics for senior management, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
Develop and manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.


Required Skills

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.


Preferred Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
