Accountant / Executive Assistant to Chairman

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in both financial and administrative tasks. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong accounting skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities:
Handle financial transactions, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.
Prepare financial reports, invoices, and expense tracking.
Assist in budget planning and forecasting.
Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and daily agenda management.
Maintain confidential records and ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounting and executive assistance.
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
High level of discretion and professionalism.

- Working Hours: Part-time (6 hours per day)
