Saccal is currently hiring Collection Officer.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Process payments and refunds
• Investigate historical data for each bill
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records
• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status

Qualifications & Requirements
• Proven experience as a Collection Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
• Patient and ability to manage stressful situation
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Skilled in negotiations and problem-solving
