Position: Medical Representatives
The main duty of the outdoor sales employee is to present company’s products, services and work on selling them. Also they have to interact, communicate, and cooperate with the doctors.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field is highly desired
. physiotherapy degree is a plus
Required Knowledge:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at time stressful environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Main Tasks:
• Building relationships and constant communication with current and potential doctors
• Provide a detailed explanation of all company’s products and services, encourage doctors to prescribe them.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied with the products and services provided
• Prepare clear work plans (daily/weekly) and discuss them with the C.E.O
• Takes care of customers’ problems and helps them solve it
• Transfer all complaints and suggestions to the company’s management
• Build a database of doctors so that they can be reached easily to communicate
• Covers all customers (doctors and hospitals) throughout the geographical area in which the representative work
• Send a daily report to the C.E.O about visits and problems to help in solving them
