Junior Accountant - Accounts Payable

Reconciles ERP System

ERP expenses data entry

Follows-up on cash collection

Follows-up credit card collection

Posts customers’ payments by recording cash, online payments, credit cards and online transfers

Conducts client’s reconciliation

Posts the accounting journal vouchers daily to keep the records up-to-date and files them

Conducts intercompany reconciliations

Reconciles cash and credits cards

Follows-up with warehouse on pending payments

Checks ERP orders, follows-up on open and cancelled orders

Reconciles Suppliers

Performs other duties as assigned
